Stephanie is “big-picture wired” and thrives in complexity and ambiguity. She founded solve& consulting, llc in 2014 and worked full time as a solo consultant from January 2015 – June 2019, leveraging her past experience as a C-level global human resources executive with experience in health care, consumer products and government and higher education.
solve& consulting is currently on hiatus except for board roles, while Stephanie serves as the Chief People Officer of Centivo, a new health plan solution and as an Independent Board Director of Allied Mineral Products, an ESOP-structured global refractory manufacturer.
Stephanie still serves in the University at Buffalo School of Management as both adjunct faculty and as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) of the SOM’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. As an adjunct, she has taught the undergraduate HR course, as well as graduate electives. From 2013-19, she was also served on the Board of Directors Irish Classical Theatre Company where she was also Chair of the Nominating Committee.
