Formed in late 2014, we work with companies, boards and leadership teams, focusing on people + strategy work — helping people and organizations navigate big, ugly, messy problems and challenges.
Effective June 29, 2020 my consulting work is currently on hiatus while I serve as Chief People Officer in house at a start up and on the board of directors of an ESOP company.
While solve& consulting is on indefinite hiatus for projects, I am still game for “unsticking” conversations over a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine).
